How long does it take to build a website?
A typical small business site takes 4–8 weeks from kick-off to launch. The timeline looks like this:

- Week 6–8: Review, revisions, testing, launch
The most common cause of delays is waiting on content from the client — copy, photos, and logo files. The faster you can supply those, the faster you launch.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $4,000 we offer a split payment structure: typically 50% at kick-off, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. For ongoing support plans, monthly billing is standard.
We don’t charge interest or fees on payment plans. Ask us about your options during the consult.
What's the difference between a $3,000 and a $12,000 website?
The price difference almost always comes down to three things:
- Scope — more pages, more sections, more functionality (bookings, eCommerce, members area) cost more.
- Custom work vs. adapted templates — a fully custom design costs more than adapting an existing framework.
- Content production — if we write the copy, photograph the team, and source imagery, that adds to the investment.
A $3,000 site from us is not a cheap site — it’s a focused, professionally designed, fast-loading, SEO-ready website for a business that needs exactly what it needs and nothing it doesn’t
Do I need SEO or Google Ads?
SEO (search engine optimisation) is the right choice if you’re willing to invest 3–6 months for compounding results that don’t stop when you stop paying. It’s the better long-term investment for most North Shore small businesses.
Google Ads is the right choice if you need leads immediately, have a clear budget, and understand you’re paying for every click.
Most of our clients start with a great website and local SEO, then add paid ads once organic is working.
Do you work outside Sydney's North Shore?
Yes – we have many customers outside of Sydney’s North Shore, we’re an online business and are happy to work through zoom, phone and email. Most of our customers have traditionally come from Gordon, Chatswood, Lane Cove, St Leonards, North Sydney, Mosman, Hornsby, Crows Nest, and surrounding suburbs due to word of mouth referrals.

What happens after my site launches?
We offer a Website Support plan from $79/month that covers managed WordPress hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, plugin updates, and a monthly task allowance for content changes and small additions. Most of our clients stay on a support plan so their site stays fast, secure, and up to date without them having to think about it.
